Green at Last, Green at Last...Thank God Almighty, It's Green at Last

Look what popped up in the last 10 days - yes, you got it...that's grass!!! This is one of the things that I appreciate most about living in the northeast, we have seasons. Granted, I'm generally complaining and miserable during the summer when it's hotter than Hades outside. But, it's pretty neat to see the actual changes taking place. We really love our backyard in the spring and summer...especially when the wind rustles through the trees. It might not be the Four Seasons, or even the fancy part of Nyack, but it's pretty peaceful. And, I'm always entertained by Maxx trying to play with the squirrels...Sydney, she could care less.
