This year marked our very first Christmas with the babies. Honestly, it was exhausting but so very fun. It reminded me of how much I absolutely love Christmas and brought back so many memories of Christmas traditions from my own childhood.
We kind of phoned it in this year with respect to the tree. Because nights have become "days" in our house, Steve and I just couldn't work up the energy to drive upstate with the babies in tow to cut down our tree this year...So, instead, Daddy walked a block away to the local fire station to pick out our Christmas tree....all on his own. Then, he carried it back to the house himself. Yes, he has serious muscles ;)
My mom came to visit for Christmas again and we all enjoyed our time together.
